Okay, I have to talk about my new blanket obsession because I seriously didn’t expect to love these this much. I recently caved and got not one, but two Minky Couture blankets, both from their Hugs Collection: one in the travel size and one in the adult size. I’m honestly wondering why I waited so long.
My friend who lives in Utah introduced me to Minky Couture. Combined with seeing the blankets on some Utah influencers’ Instagram stories, I was influenced.

Let’s start with the travel size. It’s definitely on the smaller side, but it’s perfect for draping it over the couch, or just keeping it nearby when I want to curl up and watch a show. It’s not quite big enough to fully wrap up in, but it’s the perfect “cuddle” blanket. Plus, it looks super cute as a little throw.
Then there’s the adult size, which is what I grab when I’m ready to really settle in. It’s big enough to feel like a proper blanket, soft, warm, and ridiculously cozy without being heavy. Honestly, every time I use it, I end up thinking, How can a blanket feel this nice?!
Of course, now I’ve got my eyes on the Grande size because I want something that will actually cover my king bed. The only catch? These blankets are pricey. Like, definitely a splurge. But trust me, you have to snag them during a sale. They run promos pretty often, and that’s the time to pounce.
Oh, and it’s not just me who’s obsessed… my dog has fully claimed the travel-sized one as his personal throne. Every time I try to use it, he gives me that “excuse me, that’s mine now” look.
And maybe the best part? They don’t shed. I cannot stand blankets that leave fuzz everywhere, and these are blissfully smooth and clean. They stay soft, wash well, and somehow just keep getting better over time.
So yeah, I’m officially part of the Minky Couture cult. If you’ve been on the fence, wait for a sale, grab one (or two), and prepare to never look at your old blankets the same way again.
